• Orders are confirmed only once full payment has been received.

• Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR).

• We accept payment via EFT and other approved methods.

• Once an order is placed and paid for, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

• Delivery times may vary based on your location.

• ALZ by Welljo is not responsible for delays caused by couriers once your parcel has been dispatched.

• Due to the nature of our products and hygiene reasons, no refunds or returns are allowed unless the item is defective.

• If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear pictures.
